Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified depending on the payment method. samamenang reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if suspicious activity or related term violations are under investigation.
Any attempt to process transactions using invalid, stolen, or unauthorized payment information will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Samamenang is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers during transaction processing.

Samamenang is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our platform, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to any claim.
